The re-enactment of the conversation between a patient and his doctor which probably took place in October 1980 on the grounds of Bethlehem Clinic in London. The interview, which did not bring anything new to the patient’s case, was preceded by four sessions and was followed by another one after which the patient was transferred to another department and entrusted to the care of another doctor who was expected to move forward in the exploration of the patient’s condition. The doctor had been advised not to use the method of image association any longer.
